You can order our products in 4 different ways: online, by phone, by fax, or by post. The online method is most preferable by us, as it allows us to create an account for you in real time so that you can get started with the product you just bought from us right away. Furthermore, the fastest and easiest way to order our product is to order it online. The other three methods are less preferable.
Ordering Online
Ordering our products online is very simple. You can order our product online by clicking on a link saying "Order Now!" or "Buy Now!" that's located next to the name of the product you want to buy or on that product's website. Or you can just click here to see a catalog of products you can buy from us.
Ordering a product online from us involves completing 4 quick and easy steps:
1. Customize Your Order
Here you select the product you want to buy, the edition (if the product comes in different editions), the license, the delivery method (direct download, extended download service, or cd delivery), service plan, and any optional items, such as various extras, discounted products, and special offers.
2. Checkout
In this step, you select the payment method, such as credit card, PayPal, wire transfer, etc. Then you provide your billing information (your address, and credit card number, if you pay by credit card), and shipping information, if you ordered product on CD. SWREG's secure server and 128-Bit SSL encrypted connection ensure that the information you enter remains safe and strictly confidential.
3. Review Your Order
Here you get a chance to review your order, including the products you selected as well as the billing and shipping information you entered. When you are done, press Complete Order button to finalize your order. Your order will then be processed on SWREG's secure server. This usually takes a few seconds. (In some cases, however, it may take longer, as we will have to manually review the order before processing it, to ensure it is genuine and not fraudulent).
4. Order Complete & Download Ready
At this point, an order confirmation page is displayed. If the order was successfully processed, it will contain instructions on downloading the product(s) you have just purchased. If the order was passed for manual review, the page will say so, and it may take a few hours at the most, for order to complete. In addition, an order confirmation e-mail message will sent, containing the receipt for you order as well as download instructions.
Ordering by Phone
To order by phone, begin as you would order online, but when you come to Step 2, select "CREDIT CARD BY PHONE" option, and follow the instructions. Note there is a US $3.00 fee for this payment method, so online method is more preferable.
Ordering by FAX

Ordering by Post
