Workspace

• All three Icon Suite’s modules – Editor, Librarian, and Animator, are closely integrated with the workspace and one another. This allows for a better functionality. For example, you can easily open an icon from Librarian in Editor, or arrange windows in the workspace to see things at a glance.

Librarian

• By using Icon Suite's Librarian you can achieve best performance and highest efficiency in the icon management. Never before has it been so easy to find, extract, import, export, save, and store your icons and cursors. Icon Suite's Librarian's libraries can hold as much as 30 000 icons and cursors. Robust and reliable - Librarian is the best way to manage icons on your computer safely, quickly, and easily.
• Librarian lets you store as many as 30 000 icons and cursors in a single icon library. Each icon can have as many as 12 formats in it, thus making the total possible number of images in the library more than 350 000! Furthermore, librarian lets you compress the library by removing unnecessary textual data, which reduces the overall library file size. This will avoid problem of finding icons when you need them, as Librarian allows you to store all your icons in a single, safe, and convenient place.
• Librarian lets you specify exactly what icons you want to find, extract, export, import, or select by using "Special Selection" feature. While it may not be useful for small icon libraries, it can save you a lot of time if you are working with large number of icons. Never before has it been so easy to find and put in a new library only Windows XP icons: just specify that you want icons with 48x48x32bpp format included and press search! This feature will save you a lot of time!

• Icon Editor lets you create icons and cursors in a variety of different formats. Not only can you choose from 9 preset formats, but you can also create your own formats, with custom width, height, and color depth.
• Icon Editor features 7 different preset effects that can greatly improve the appearance of your icon. Not only these effects will make the icon look more creative, but they will also help your users understand the concept the icon is trying to convey. For example, if you are a software designer, you can use diffuse effect to create an icon that should illustrate what the "diffuse" command in your software will do to the image. Having these preset effects at your disposal eliminates the need to mimic those effects manually, whereby you save your valuable time.
• Custom Filter is a unique tool you will only find in Icon Suite's Icon Editor. It lets you to tweak your icon in virtually any way you like. Animator

• Icon Suite's Animator lets you create animated cursors of custom formats with minimal effort. Integrated with Icon Editor, Animator features an intuitive interface and exceptional functionality. It gives you full control of what you do, as it lets you customize the most minor properties of animated cursor, such as individual frame's duration.
• Animator lets you edit animation and frames sequences independently, whereby allowing you to create more compact animated cursors. Of course animation sequence can only use frames that exist in the frames sequence, however the number of images in the frames sequence may be different from the number of images in the animation sequence. This way if you want to use the same frame twice in an animation, you only need to create it once, and only one copy of it will be stored in a file, which saves your time and reduces the file size.
• Animator gives you full control over what you do. The excellent example of this is that Animator lets you edit each frame's duration independently from other frames. This way you can specify that a first frame should appear for one second, while the second frame only for half a second. This therefore allows you to create more complex and professional animations.
• The fact that Animator lets you create an animated cursor with several different formats included shows just how customizable it can be. Through being integrated with Icon Editor, animator makes it possible for a single animated cursor to have many different formats ranging from monochrome to true color so that it will be suited to work in a multi-platform environment.
