Q. What ordering and payment methods are available?
A. You can order our products online, by phone, by fax, or by post. The online method is preferred. To learn more about ordering by phone, fax, or post, follow this link.
We have two online order processing agents: SWREG and RegSoft. SWREG is our default and preferred agent. That is, if you order online, by default, your order will be processed by SWREG's secure server.
If you place an order with our online order processing agent - SWREG, you can pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club, JCB, Switch, Solo, Delta cards, PayPal, money order, check, or wire transfer.
If for some reason, you are unable to place your order using SWREG, you may try our alternative online order processing agent - RegSoft that accepts the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, JCB.
Q. Is there a money-back guarantee?
A. We are so confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, that we are offering 30-day, money-back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with the software, and our support team has failed to fix a problem within two weeks from the time you contacted us, just send us a message letting us know why you are unhappy, and we will refund the full purchase price. Please note: if you purchased the product on a CD, you must return the CD to be entitled for a refund!
Q. I have ordered your product, but I did not receive an email confirmation message. What should I do?
A. You should contact us with the information regarding your order (order no., date of order, product(s) ordered).
Q. How can I order online?
A. Look for “Order Now” links on the product page. When you find one, click on it. You will be redirected to the order page where you will configure your order: select product edition (if applies), license, delivery method, quantity, and any optional items. After you configure your order, click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to the next page, where you will enter your billing information.
On the next page, you will finalize your order. The first thing you select is the payment method. We recommend you choose “Credit Card, Online”, as it is the fastest and easiest way to order our products.
Then you will need to fill out an order form. Please be sure to carefully fill out all personal information fields in the order form.
It is especially important to enter the correct e-mail address because all important information regarding your order, your receipt, and the download link to the product you ordered, will be sent to this e-mail address. Because your e-mil address is so important, we recommend you also provide an alternative email address to avoid any possible errors and delays in processing your order if the first e-mail address does not work.
When you completed the order form, click on "Submit Order" button to submit your order. You will then see a final order confirmation (receipt) page. We recommend you print out this order confirmation page and keep it for your reference. A copy of this receipt will automatically be e-mailed to you together with your order confirmation.
Q. What will happen after I place my order online?
A. You will receive a confirmation for your transaction immediately after you place your order online. This confirmation message will contain all of your order data and the link to your receipt.
If you chose to pay by credit / debit card or transferred the funds online during the order process, your order will be processed immediately. If your product is to be delivered to you electronically, it will be done immediately. If you order a product on a CD to be shipment by mail or parcel service, it should be delivered to you approximately within a business week.
If you chose a different payment option, you will receive detailed information with your order confirmation that explains how to effect payment. Orders are processed once payment has been received.
If you do not receive an order confirmation after you have submitted your order, please contact customer service.
Q. How can I cancel my order?
A. If you are not completely satisfied with the software, and our support team has failed to fix a problem within two weeks from the time you contacted us, just send us a message letting us know why you are unhappy, and if you:
- Paid by credit or debit card: we will refund the full purchase price
- Paid by check, money order, or wire transfer: we will refund the full purchase price, less any transaction fees and surcharges

Q. Which online order processor do you use?
A. We use SWREG, a service of Digital River Inc., the world's largest Commerce Service Provider as our primary order processor. Additionally, we use RegSoft, also a service of Digital River Inc., as our alternative order processor.
Q. What is SWREG?
A. SWREG is our primary online order processor. It is a secure and reliable order processing service of Digital River Inc., the world's largest Commerce Service Provider.
Q. Can I use my free e-mail address?
A. A free e-mail address is an e-mail address that is free of charge and generally anonymous. E-mail is our primary method of corresponding with you. Most products are delivered via e-mail, and you will receive your order confirmation and receipt via e-mail.
However, in most cases, you may still choose to use your free e-mail address. On some occasions, though, orders placed online with a credit or debit card may not be accepted, in which case you will receive a message during the order process advising you to use a different e-mail address.
Q. How can I save my personal information for future purchases?
A. On the checkout page, tick the check box entitled "Save my personal information for future purchases". Your personal information will then be saved on your computer, and will be automatically retrieved next time you decide to purchase from us.
Q. Can I enter different billing and shipping addresses?
A. Yes, you can enter two different addresses when ordering online.
All correspondence relating to the order and payment will be sent by e-mail to the billing address. The product will be delivered, and product download link will be sent to the address given as the delivery address.
