Q. I have ordered the product on CD. When is it going to arrive?
A. Depending on your geographic location, it may take up to 10 business days for your CD to arrive since your order was shipped. Orders are usually shipped the next day. So, if you did not get a CD within 17 days since you placed your order, please contact us.
Q. What delivery methods are available?
A. Currently, we offer three ways in which we can deliver a product to you: Direct Download, Extended Download Service, and CD Delivery. Shipping charges vary depending on the delivery method. Below are the details:
Direct Download This delivery method is completely free. You will be able to download a product via a secure link we send you in the e-mail order confirmation message.
Extended Download Service This delivery method has a charge of US $4.95 per 1 copy of a product. You will be able to download a product via a secure link we send you in the e-mail order confirmation message. In addition, we will keep a back-up copy of your digital file should you need to re-download it for any reason.
CD Delivery This delivery method has a charge of US $14.95 per 1 copy of a product. If you live within the United States, you may expect to receive the product approximately within 3 business days from the date of the purchase. If you live outside the United States, it may take up to 10 business days for your CD to arrive.
"Direct Download" Note: If you select "Direct Download" as your delivery method, the product will be waiting for you to download it for one week only! If you have not downloaded the product during this time, or if you have lost the downloaded product after the one-week period has passed, and would still like to download the product, a US $5.95 Download Reactivation Fee will apply, enabling you to download the product again. To avoid paying this fee in case you have lost your download, we advice you to select "Extended Download Service" as the delivery method, so that you will be protected in case you lost your download.
Q. I have purchased the product, but I can't download the software. Please advice.
Q. What exactly will I receive if the product is delivered by e-mail?
A. Typically, you will receive a download link if you ordered a product, or login information if you ordered a service.
Q. I gave you the wrong e-mail address. How do I change it?
A. You can change your e-mail address on this page. Select "Requests", then select "I gave you the wrong email address and need to change it", then follow the instructions.
Q. I have downloaded your product more than 30 days ago, but have lost the download. Can you resend it to me?
A. If, when you purchased the product, you selected Extended Download as your delivery option and less than 1 year has passed since you ordered the product, or if you selected Lifetime Download as your delivery option, then just contact us stating your order number and we will provide you with a new download link. If, however, you selected Direct Download as your delivery option, or Extended Download and more than 1 year has passed since your order, you will need to purchase one of the following download services: Please follow one of the links above to purchase desired download service, and we will e-mail you new download link for your product as soon as you order delivery service.
